Pollution Safety Advisor (PSA)

Our professionals are ex tanker men who served on tankers as Masters, Chief Officers & Chief Engineers. They identify potential elements of risk, so that these could be rectified or controlled in order to prevent an accident or a pollution incident. Prior to any operation, the Pollution Prevention and Safety Advisor (PSA) carries out a physical inspection of the cargo deck, engine room, pump room and the cargo control room.

If there are any deficiencies which could not be corrected will be thoroughly evaluated. Some issues which are in contravention of international or local requirements, or are deemed to entail an unacceptable level of risk, will be communicated immediate to our Principal's emergency contact.

The PSA discusses deficienciesare found with ship's staff and have the corrective actions ASAP.
